We have job opportunity with API Pharma Manufacturing Industry for EHS Associate, Mysuru Location.

Position-EHS Associate/ Sr Associate

Work Experience - 3+ years

Location - Mysore

1. Monitoring the operation & maintenance of EHS system.

2. Issuing work permits related to Hot work, Height work, confined space, excavation work permits pertaining to project site work & operation.

3. Inspection of EHS activity in each shift including both the production plants covering the overall site.

4. Conducting workplace survey study for all the plant as per the procedure.

5. Maintain healthy working condition of the Multi gas detector, oxygen meter, lux meter, Noise dosimeter, Ambient air quality monitoring equipments

6. Inspection of Fire hydrant system & Fire extinguisher, Fire alarm system as per the Company EHS guidelines.

7. Inspection of PPE's, Safety Shower, and First aid boxes as per the planner

8. Coordination for conducting mock drill & EHS safety committee meeting.

9. Follow up and completion of near miss report CAPA's.

10. Coordination safety induction & fire training to new employees.

11. Ensuring the availability of MSDS for all the chemicals.

12. Monitoring operation & maintenance of ETP & STP plant on shift wise basis

13. Maintenance and Calibration of ambient air quality & noise level measuring devices.

14. Upkeep of documents pertaining to EHS and compliance to statutory and statutory norms...

15. Conducting monthly safety inspection as per the EHS planner procedure.

16. Inspection of emergency safety cupboard inspection of (SCBA, ELCB, Fire axe, Fire suit,Aluminum ladder, Water gel blanket) etc.

17. Ensuring Nonhazardous waste & hazardous waste disposed as per the IIVL procedure.

18. Conducting risk assessment for the new activity
