**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Manage social media, branding, and advertising activities.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and ROI for management review.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of digital marketing & social media platforms
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
