- Hiring skilled and unskilled labor for production, R&D, design, marketing, etc.
- Managing seasonal hiring for peak production periods.
- Conducting induction and onboarding programs.
- Organizing training on safety, machinery handling, quality control, etc.
- Promoting skill development for workers.
- Monitoring time and attendance (shift-based operations common).
- Preparing payroll including overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensuring statutory compliance like PF, ESI, and minimum wage.
- Resolving disputes, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Conducting regular meetings with union representatives.
- Complying with labor laws, factory acts, and environmental regulations.
- Conducting performance reviews and appraisals.
- Identifying underperformance and managing improvement plans.
- Celebrating festivals and employee recognition events.
- Handling employee grievances and providing counseling support.
- Maintaining employee records, contracts, and statutory forms.
- Framing and updating HR policies and code of conduct.
- Managing exit interviews and full & final settlements.
- Estimating manpower requirements for production planning.
- Planning for lean seasons or export order fluctuations.
- Ensuring labor compliance audits for export orders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
