We are Hiring Paid Media Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in driving client success through strategic and effective paid advertising campaigns.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they achieve client goals and deliver optimal results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement paid media campaigns across FACEBOOK/META ADS platforms based on client objectives and target audience.
- Manage campaign budgets, allocating resources efficiently and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and creative development to maximize campaign reach and impact.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and reports.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions, return on ad spend).
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients, keeping them informed of campaign progress and results.
- Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging.
- Clearly communicate campaign strategies, performance data, and recommendations to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in paid media advertising, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms Facebook Ads, etc.) and their functionalities.
- Proven ability to manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Experience with additional paid media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and buying techniques.
- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
- A strong understanding of marketing automation tools and platforms.
