**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Research and identify potential corporate clients in line with the company’s target audience.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective leads using tools like CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
- **Pre-Sales Activities**:

- Understand client needs and qualify leads for further discussions.
- Prepare and share introductory materials, presentations, and company profiles to engage prospects effectively.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule meetings between senior associates and qualified prospects.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients to confirm meetings and maintain engagement.
- Coordinate calendars and manage meeting logistics to facilitate smooth interactions.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build rapport with prospective clients and maintain a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for corporate leads, fostering a positive first impression of the company.
- **Market Research and Reporting**:

- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within the corporate sales landscape.
- Provide regular reports on lead status, outreach progress, and meeting outcomes.
- **Collaboration and Learning**:

- Work closely with senior associates and sales teams to understand client needs and refine sales strategies.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving outreach processes.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the corporate sales domain.
