We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardgoods Merchant to join our team. As a Hardgoods Merchant, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, assortment planning, and product development of hardgoods categories within our organization. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, maximize profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective merchandising strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies for the hardgoods categories, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings in the hardgoods industry.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and select high-quality hardgoods products that meet customer demands and align with the company's brand image.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive advantage and favorable product margins.

Plan and manage the assortment and inventory levels of hardgoods products, ensuring optimal stock availability and efficient turnover rates.

Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions regarding product assortment, pricing, and promotions.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of hardgoods products, making recommendations for assortment adjustments, markdowns, or clearance sales as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth product flow and timely delivery of merchandise.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments related to hardgoods products, incorporating relevant insights into merchandising strategies.

**Salary**: ₹11,615.70 - ₹61,449.73 per month
