Who Should Apply?✅ 8–14 years in Direct Sales / B2C Sales / Merchant Acquisition / Retail Sales ✅ Field Sales & Team Handling experience is mandatory ⭐ Preference for candidates from Digital Payments / Telecom Sales background ❌ Note: Not looking for store-level retail experience Key Responsibilities 🔹 Develop strategies to acquire merchants & retailers across segments 🔹 Drive sourcing, lead generation, acquisition & activation closures 🔹 Manage & grow a direct field sales team 🔹 Coach, mentor & upskill the team in acquisition and relationship handling 🔹 Plan & execute promotional strategies for market penetration & visibility 🔹 Travel across the city to build and strengthen market presence 🔹 Ensure achievement of monthly / quarterly sales targets Core Competencies 💡 Strong knowledge of sales principles & coaching practices 📊 Strong analytical and data-driven approach 🧩 Great problem-solving & multi-tasking ability ⏱️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 👥 Excellent leadership & team-building skills Compensation 💰 Salary: Upto 12 lpa Fixed ( Basis your Last salary)
