Staff Enterprise Architect Oracle Fusion(Master Data)

**Job Description Summary**: As Staff Enterprise Architect for Master Data Management you will be responsible for designing and configuring Oracle Fusion Master Data modules (Customer / Products (PIM), Asset Management) and other common entities for SaaS (Software as a Subscription) Program. You will work closely with Product Management team & Cross IT team to understand business requirements, design solutions and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solution with SaaS product.
This role requires deep process knowledge in SaaS based Oracle Fusion
PIM, Customer Entity and Asset Management in healthcare/industrial domains, ability to drive robust & scalable feature/ solution for customers, strategic thinking and conflict management abilities to drive significant changes in processes, technology, and culture.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the development & configuration of Oracle Fusion modules Customer Data, Product data setup (PIM), Asset Management including integrations, extensions & reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional & IT team that includes various data sources for master data integration.
- Work on Oracle Fusion master data conversion & migration activities and ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and driving solution design.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for critical production issues and implement long-term fixes.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance optimization strategies.
- Ensure seamless quarterly updates, impact analysis, and regression testing of Oracle Cloud releases.

**Education Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Overall 12+ Years of experience with at least 6+ years of experience as a Technical Lead / Architect in Oracle Fusion
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Model, specifically Customer, PIM, Asset Management modules.
- Strong expertise in Oracle PaaS, QL, PL/SQL, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), BI Publisher and REST/SOAP APIs for custom developments.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and best practices.
