Staff Enterprise Architect Oracle Fusion

**Job Description Summary**: As Staff Enterprise Architect for Oracle Fusion you will be responsible for designing and configuring Oracle Fusion modules (Subscription, Entitlements, Billing & Finance), for SaaS (Software as a Subscription) Program.
You will work closely with Product Management team & Cross IT team to understand business requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solution with SaaS product. This role requires deep process knowledge in SaaS based Oracle Fusion products and subscription management in healthcare/industrial domains, ability to drive robust & scalable feature/ solution for customers, strategic thinking and conflict management abilities to drive significant changes in processes, technology, and culture.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the development & configuration of Oracle Fusion modules Oracle Subscription Management, Entitlements, Billing and Revenue module,.including integrations, extensions & reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Order Management, Finance, and master data entities to ensure seamless integration.
- Experience in gathering business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and driving solution design.
- Work on data migration strategies and ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for critical production issues and implement long-term fixes.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance optimization strategies.
- Ensure seamless quarterly updates, impact analysis, and regression testing of Oracle Cloud releases.

**Education Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Overall 12+ Years of experience with at least 6+ years of experience as a Technical Lead / Architect in Oracle Fusion
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Subscription Management, Entitlement, Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Management Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Oracle PaaS, QL, PL/SQL, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), BI Publisher and REST/SOAP APIs for custom developments.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and best practices.
