**Position**: Box Truck Dispatcher

**Project Type**: Dedicated Freight Operations (Dedicated Brokers & Lanes)

**Salary Range**: ₹30,000-₹40,000 (Based on Experience & Skill Set)

**Main Criteria**:

- **Willingness to move or shift existing dedicated lanes onto our MC authority is highly preferred.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Book and manage **box truck loads** by closely coordinating with **dedicated freight brokers**.
- Work exclusively on **dedicated lanes**, ensuring consistency, reliability, and efficiency in freight movement.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with brokers handling dedicated freight requirements.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries across assigned lanes.
- Prepare accurate invoices and documentation in coordination with brokers and the accounts team.
- Optimize route planning for box trucks while maintaining constant communication with drivers.
- Address real-time issues such as route changes or delivery delays, providing immediate resolutions.
- Ensure all drivers are compliant with HOS regulations and equipped with required load documents.
- Operate seamlessly in a **non-asset-based dispatch environment**, managing third-party carriers effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- 2-3 years of experience in **US freight dispatch**, specifically handling **box trucks**.
- **Mandatory experience** working with **dedicated brokers and dedicated lanes**.
- Solid understanding of dedicated freight operations and long-term broker relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (US English fluency preferred).
- Strong multitasking, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities under pressure.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
- Detail-oriented and committed to meeting both operational and customer service standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
