The Truck Load Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching trucks to appropriate locations, ensuring timely delivery of cargo. Daily tasks include coordinating with drivers, preparing and processing shipping documents, communicating with clients and vendors, handling emergencies or unexpected issues, and maintaining records of all dispatches and deliveries.QualificationsStrong organization and coordination skills for scheduling and dispatching trucksExcellent communication and customer service skills to interact with drivers, clients, and vendorsAbility to handle emergencies and unexpected issues with quick, effective decision-makingProficiency in preparing and processing shipping documentsExperience in maintaining accurate records of dispatches and deliveriesDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsComputer literacy and proficiency in standard office software and dispatch systemsExperience in transportation, logistics, or a related field is advantageousHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
