**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth, improved search engine ranking, and brand awareness
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) using on-page and technical SEO best practices
- Manage and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights platforms
- Create engaging and strategic social media content that resonates with target audiences and drives community growth
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through various digital channels
- Manage lead nurturing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, content) to ensure seamless campaign execution and content alignment
- Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders, recommending data-driven optimization strategies

**Qualifications**
- Experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of success in SEO, SMM, and lead generation
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies
- Experience with social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and content creation best practices
- Solid understanding of lead generation techniques and marketing automation tools (a plus)
- Experience with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and adapt to the ever-evolving landscape

**Bonus Points**
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, etc.)
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
