**Job Title**: Telecaller (Fresher & Experienced)

**Job Location**: Madurai (Work from Office)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10k to 15k (per month + Incentives)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**For Freshers**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate details.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
- Maintain a professional and friendly communication tone.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team lead.
- Handle high-volume calls and convert leads into potential customers.
- Assist in training new telecallers and improving calling strategies.
- Provide personalized solutions to customers and resolve objections.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Suggest improvements in scripts and calling techniques to boost conversions.

**Skills Required**:
**For Freshers**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Language proficiency (Tamil, English, or regional languages preferred).
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle complex queries and provide solutions.
- CRM knowledge and data entry skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Fresher**: Minimum 10th/12th pass or any diploma/degree.
- **Experienced**: 1+ years in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
