**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make **outbound calls** to prospective patients, explain treatments, and convert inquiries into confirmed cases.
- Conduct **continuous follow-ups** with patients and hospitals on behalf of **Cure To Heal**.
- Assist patients with **hospital admission, treatment coordination, and discharge processes**.
- Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, and hospital staff.
- Coordinate logistics such as **airport transfers, accommodation, and hospital visits**.
- Maintain accurate patient records, leads status, and documentation.
- Opportunity for **international travel** for business development (based on capability & performance).
- Qualification**:DMLT / Paramedical / Healthcare-related background**.
- Excellent **English communication skills (spoken & written)** **French and Arabic**:

- Confident in handling **calls, lead follow-ups, and conversions**.
- Knowledge of healthcare processes and hospital systems preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and coordination skills.
- Patient-centric, empathetic, and professional approach.
