**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually stunning graphics for various advertising platforms, including social media, print, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices in the industry.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in advertising and branding.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to take constructive feedback.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with CorelDRAW (CDR) is optional but a plus.
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
