**About Us**:
Pluch Designs is a fast-growing fashion brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, stylish, and trendsetting apparel. We are looking for a creative and passionate **Fashion Designer** with at least 3 **years of industry experience** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop **new clothing designs** aligned with brand identity and seasonal trends.
- Research current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes.
- Develop **sketches, CADs, and technical drawings** for new collections.
- Work closely with the **production team** to ensure design accuracy and quality.
- Select appropriate **fabrics, trims, and embellishments** for each design.
- Assist in fittings, size adjustments, and product development.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely sourcing and production.
- Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh and innovative design ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in **Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field**.
- Minimum 3 **years of experience** as a Fashion Designer.
- Strong knowledge of **fabrics, garment construction, and fashion trends**.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).
- Excellent sketching and visualisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
