**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and creating designs that reflect our brand identity and resonate with a diverse customer base. You will also lead the creative direction for upcoming apparel collections, seamlessly blending timeless designs with innovative techniques. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing company and help shape our vision as we prepare to enter the market.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Conceptualization**:

- Conceptualize apparel ranges that align with the brand ethos, pricing strategies, and market demands.
- Create mood boards for seasonal collections, ensuring consistency with the brand's identity.
- Research and propose innovative fabrics, premium materials, and techniques that balance practicality, comfort, and style.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source fabrics, focusing on quality and cost efficiency.

**Design**:

- Translate design concepts into sketches, technical drawings, and digital renders using design software.
- Prepare line sheets and detailed design packs that meet brand standards.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the creative process and create timeless designs that stand out in the market.

**Collaboration and Production Support**:

- Partner with production teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and completed on schedule.
- Oversee sample development, providing feedback to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct fitting and garment assessments to ensure fit, functionality, comfort, and overall design integrity.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote new collections.

**Brand Vision and Innovation**:

- Explore and integrate sustainable practices in material sourcing and production.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and techniques to infuse innovation into the brand’s offerings.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- A degree in Fashion Design from institutions like NIFT, NID, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in garment design. Experience with high street fashion brands is preferable.
- Strong portfolio showcasing timeless designs and exceptional craftsmanship.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sustainable fashion practices, fabric sourcing, garment construction, and costing.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with Procreate and 3D design tools like CLO3D is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain creativity.
