UX Designer

**Description**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the development team and product managers to gather user requirements.
- Use various ideation methods like workshops, interviews, service design and brainstorming to understand customer needs
- Explore various design approaches to solve specific user problems including contextual inquiries, guided explorations, usability/accessibility testing, etc
- Showcase design ideas through sitemaps, storyboards, process flows, user task flows, interaction models etc.
- Create (or adhere to) brand and style guides to ensure consistent design language is followed across the product.
- Create prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to demonstrate functionality and layout of the product.
- Conduct usability testing to identify gaps and improve designs

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Graduate with 5+ years of experience
- Excellent English.
- Ability to converse easily with clients
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively with clients and development teams
- Proven ability to understand the business context of the client and its influence on UX design
- Proven experience in designing complex workflows from the conception and ideation phase through to delivery.
- Awareness of current and emerging trends in UX design.
- Highly proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator or similar tools and modern web development techniques.
- An online portfolio demonstrating experience creating user-centric design solutions (sketch, storyboard, final designs to live experiences).
