**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Telemarketing Executive** to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to potential customers, introduce products/services, and generate leads. Fluency in multiple languages (Tamil, English, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi) is essential to connect effectively with diverse customer segments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant product/service information.
- Maintain customer databases and record details of customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns proactively.

**Required Skills**:

- Fluency in **Tamil, English, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi** (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or call center software is an advantage.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate (preferred) or Diploma holders.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
