Sales Trainee

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Trainees in the jewellery segment. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about starting their careers in the jewellery industry. As a Sales Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and support to develop your skills and knowledge, enabling you to grow and succeed in this dynamic field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily operations of the jewellery store, including customer service and sales.
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with detailed information about the jewellery pieces.
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of various jewellery items to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that match their preferences and budget.
- Maintain an organized and attractive display of jewellery pieces.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and contributing to store performance.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking.

**Requirement**:

- Age: Above 20 years.
- Freshers with a keen interest in starting a career in the jewellery segment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery types and materials is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
