Sales Trainee

**Position Overview**:
Alukkas Jewellery in Palakkad is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for dynamic individuals who are passionate about jewellery and customer service to kickstart their career in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right jewellery pieces based on their preferences and budget.
- Provide product information, answer queries, and address any concerns or issues raised by customers.
- Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for all customers by delivering exceptional service.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist senior sales staff in showcasing jewellery products and promoting sales initiatives.
- Learn about the features and benefits of various jewellery items to effectively communicate with customers.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- **Merchandising and Inventory Management**:

- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom to create an attractive display environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate tagging and labeling of products.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Adherence to Company Policies**:

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols to safeguard the showroom and its assets.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for jewellery and eagerness to learn about product features and trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

**Additional Information**:

- Training will be provided to equip Sales Trainees with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the role.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
