**Domain: Capital Markets**

Capco is looking for hardworking, self-driven, and creative people to join our delivery team. We are looking for Scrum Master to work on all aspects of project delivery engaging multiple complex stakeholder group across multiple geographies and product lines to execute global change programs in the Capital Markets domain.

**Roles & Responsibilities -**

This role is for a Scrum Master within the Technology & Operations for Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office organizations. The Scrum Master promotes and supports the agile process within and outside the squad. This includes:

- Managing the squad and delivery of the MVP and business priorities
- Manage blockers, obstacles, and dependencies.
- Leading the Agile squad and the product owner on the Agile process, such as writing useful user stories and managing the backlog
- Work with organizational resources outside the squad to help them interact effectively
- With the squad, removes impediments and insulates them from organizational bureaucracy
- Foster a collaborative culture and ensure the squad regularly celebrates success
- Bring together stakeholders for alignment meeting
- Organize training
- Report on squad improvements
- Facilitate retrospective to improve squad dynamics
- Facilitate creation and maintenance of squad artifacts such as backlog, definitions and norms etc.

Skills Required
- Primary Skills:

- 5+ years related project/program management and/or strategic planning/delivery experience
- 3-5 years serving as an Agile Scrum Master within high performing, cross functional teams.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile Scrum Frameworks
- Knowledge and/or experience with successful Agile techniques: Test Driven Development (TDD), Business Driven Development (BDD), User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair programming and Automated Testing
- Experience in using JIRA (report generation, setting up workflows, creating dashboards, Sprint Agile boards etc.)
- Formal Agile training certification such as Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I, ACP-PMI)
- Experience helping Agile teams to establish and adhere to norms and practices
- Exceptional people handling skills able to work with all levels within their portfolio
- Ability to conceptualize current requirements against project vision board roadmap
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, process and detail-oriented skills
- Solid stakeholder management, issue and resolution skills.
- Ability to liaise with diverse groups (tech, ops, business, etc.)
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint with overall ability for presentation-building.

**Good to have skills**
- Expertise with an organisation that transitioned from Waterfall to Agile, a plus
- Project Management certification (PMP or PRINCE)

**Domain and Business Knowledge**:

- Process change experience - Agile methodology ( Mandatory) and tools
- Domain experience across key business areas - Trade Life cycle,SDLC, Trade Processing, Regulatory
- Reporting, Collateral Management, Derivatives Operations - at least one
- Critical thinking and ability to anticipate issues & plan stakeholder elicitation sessions
- Related industry & product knowledge
- Other Skills: Communication, Data Analysis, Presentation, Process Development, MS Office.Mastery, Issue Based Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, Business Case, Estimation, Scoping
