**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Food Technologist** to join our R&D and Quality team at Khushi Agro Pvt Ltd. We are working on concept of 18th century food world, a holistic and ethical food world without preservatives, colors, emulsifier, red chili, and white salt/sugar and nasties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and develop formulations for new and existing products in categories like:

- Spices & spice blends
- Ready-to-eat snacks
- Traditional sweets
- Mouth fresheners
- Ayurvedic and natural food blends
- Supervise and improve food processing and manufacturing operations.
- Ensure product safety, quality, and shelf stability.
- Monitor hygiene standards, food safety systems, and FSSAI compliance at all stages.
- Guide and train production staff on hygiene protocols and safety practices.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, SOPs, and records required for certifications.
- Work with regulatory bodies to ensure USFDA, FSSAI, Organic, and other relevant certifications.
- Support technology upgrades and implementation of automation or efficiency tools.
- Contribute to sensory analysis and continuous product improvement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science or related discipline.
- Minimum **3 years of industry experience** in food manufacturing, preferably in:

- Spices
- Traditional snacks & sweets
- Herbal/natural food products
- Knowledge of **FSSAI norms, USFDA regulations, HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.**:

- Strong R&D capabilities with hands-on lab and plant experience.
- Knowledge of hygiene audits, shelf-life testing, and compliance documentation.
- Team-oriented with good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
