**Job Title**: Quality Technologist

Job Location : Palavalasa, Anandapuram, Vishakapatnam

**Job Summary**:
The Quality Technologist ensures that products meet the required quality and safety standards by implementing quality control measures, conducting tests, and analyzing data. They work closely with production, engineering, and regulatory teams to improve processes and maintain compliance with industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control & Assurance**:

- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Identify and resolve quality issues through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- **Regulatory Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, customer requirements, and internal quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP).
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and audit reports.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- **Process Improvement & Analysis**:

- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen.
- Work with production and engineering teams to enhance processes and reduce waste.
- **Testing & Calibration**:

- Perform laboratory tests on products and materials using specialized equipment.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
- **Training & Communication**:

- Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Communicate quality concerns and improvements to management and relevant departments.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory standards.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and lab equipment.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

**Work Environment**:

- May work in manufacturing, laboratory, or office settings.
- Requires adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
