Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Record all financial transactions in the account book
- Prepare financial statements, budget reports, and other financial reports for management review
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas of improvement or potential risks
- Liaise with external auditors and regulators for financial and tax reporting
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Prepare tax returns for the company and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Participate in preparing the company's annual budget and monthly financial forecasts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Tally and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: 18-25 k (depending on experience)

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 4 years (preferred)
