**Location: Patna, Bihar**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Design and Drafting**:

- Assist in the development of architectural designs and project plans.
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to refine designs and ensure feasibility.

2. **3D Modeling and Visualization**:

- Develop 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Enscape.
- Produce high-quality visualizations and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients.

3. **Project Coordination**:

- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure design compliance and quality control.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, reports, and schedules.
- Use Microsoft Office tools to create and manage project documents and presentations.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

5. **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Present design proposals and modifications to clients for feedback and approval.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit, Enscape, and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive monthly salary **[ Rs. 15k - 20K]**based on experience and qualifications.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
