**Job Title**: IT & Studio Operations Executive
**Salary**: ₹30,000
**Experience Required**: Minimum 3-4 years
**Working Hours**: 9-hour shift + Weekend availability ( Sunday )

**Responsibilities**:
**A. IT Infrastructure Management**
- Handle all IT-related tasks end-to-end, including systems setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Take full responsibility for internet and Ethernet-related hardware—installation, configuration, and ongoing support.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office hardware: printers, Wi-Fi routers, switches, etc.
- Perform OS installations, antivirus updates, driver installations, and enable/disable external hardware as required.
- Configure new user systems: PC setup, IP assignment, LAN configuration.
- Address system performance issues, data backups, file conversions, and data retrieval.
- Troubleshoot local and network printer issues and manage antivirus installations.
- Proactively document and resolve all hardware/software-related issues and escalate when necessary with possible solutions.

**B. Network & Server Support**
10. Maintain services like video servers, AWS servers, NAS drives, S3 server links, and similar technologies (training will be provided if needed).
11. Continuously upgrade technical skills and stay updated with modern tools and solutions.

**C. Coordination & Departmental Support**
12. Act as the point of contact for IT coordination across departments to ensure smooth operations.
13. Maintain stock records of gadgets and IT assets, using Google Sheets or other assigned platforms.
14. Maintain and manage software systems such as virtual desktops, broadcast tools, and file-conversion utilities.

**D. Studio & Multimedia Management**
15. Oversee studio operations and ensure smooth recording setups, both internal and external (training will be provided).
16. Manage studio gadgets like cameras, laptops, and recording equipment with care and accountability.
17. Support faculty during studio recordings and be flexible with extended work hours when necessary.
18. Conduct professional photography during classes and institutional events.
19. Coordinate with the Seniors for all recording and studio-related requirements, taking full ownership of deliverables.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
