**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Validate large volumes of data in data warehouses with a strong focus on Snowflake environments.
- Perform end-to-end data validation, source-to-target data mapping, and regression testing.
- Identify, report, and track data quality issues, collaborating closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure timely resolution.
- Automate data quality tests where applicable using SQL and QA automation frameworks.
- Conduct root cause analysis of issues in ETL processes and provide actionable recommendations.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide QA sign-off for data pipeline releases and ensure delivery meets functional and non-functional requirements

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in **Quality Assurance** with a focus on **data testing**.
- Strong experience in **ETL/ELT testing** and **data warehousing** concepts.
- Proficiency in **Snowflake** and **SQL** for data validation and analysis.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
