**Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller**

**Location**:Noida

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: Minimum 6 months in real estate or related field

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our real estate services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries received through various channels such as advertisements, referrals, and website inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing client queries and concerns.
- Provide information about available properties, including pricing, features, and amenities, to interested clients.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and accompany clients on property tours if necessary.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate information and advice.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client interactions and tracking leads.
- Sound knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, neighborhoods, and legal regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
