**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assign and review medical codes for **Urgent Care and E/M** services following **CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS** guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and compliant coding to support proper billing and reimbursement.
- Work closely with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and resolve coding discrepancies.
- Conduct audits and reviews to maintain high coding accuracy.
- Stay updated with **coding regulations, payer policies, and industry changes**.
- Ensure adherence to **HIPAA** and other healthcare compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the **billing team** to reduce claim denials and improve reimbursement efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Preferably Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field).
- **Certification**:Certified Professional Coder (CPC) - AAPC Certification is mandatory.**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **2+ years** of medical coding experience in **Urgent Care & E/M** coding.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and medical terminology**.
- Proficiency in **EHR systems & medical coding software**.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
