Job Summary:

Hoolime Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Coder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records and accurately assigning standardized codes for diagnoses, procedures, and treatments to ensure proper billing and insurance compliance. Experience with ICD-10 coding is mandatory. Home health coding experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately assign diagnostic and procedural codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
  • Review patient records for proper documentation and coding compliance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures as needed.
  • Ensure coding aligns with regulatory requirements and insurance policies.
  • Identify coding discrepancies and provide resolutions to optimize reimbursement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in ICD-10 coding (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in CPT and HCPCS coding systems.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and disease processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
