We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Principal, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Oracle ERP CoE team. This role is located in Chennai, TN Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Execute projects and initiatives in full compliance with defined processes and controls
- Provide support for production BAU issues related to GL and FCCS
- Proactively anticipate potential roadblocks and take corrective action to keep the project on track.
- Escalate issues to project management as needed
- Act as an Oracle GL & FCCS knowledge resource for Oracle ERP CoE functional teams and train team members as necessary

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials/EPM Modules in a Functional role
- In depth knowledge of Financial Close and Consolidation Platform along with knowledge in General Ledger
- Experience working on cross-functional team(s) in a collaborative development environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
