Direct interact with customer and understand the issue related to his vehicle.
- Take a note of the issue on later create system based job card with entering correct and relevant information of the customer and his vehicle.
- Inspect and advise customer about necessary repairs/maintenance of the vehicle.
- Prepare and share the cost and time estimation of the work agreed by the customer.
- Assign vehicle to floor Supervisor and ensure timely delivery.
- Contact customer for any add hock expenses.
- Inspect the vehicle repair before delivering and guide customer for billing process.
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
