**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain product/service details and persuade prospects to make a purchase.
- Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Minimum **3 years** in telesales or inside sales.
- **Gender Preference**:Male (10 positions) / Female (5 positions)**:

- **Good communication skills in English & local languages.**:

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

**Shift Timings (Based on Business Needs)**:

- **9:30 AM - 6:30 PM** (Males & Females)
- **10:30 AM - 7:30 PM** (Males & Females)
- **12:30 PM - 9:30 PM** (Males Preferred)
- **1:30 PM - 10:30 PM** (Males Preferred)
- **8:00 AM - 5:00 PM** (Males & Females)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
