**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendar & Schedule Management**:

- Manage and organize Dr. Rekha’s calendar, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prioritize and reschedule appointments as needed, ensuring no conflicts and timely reminders.

**Travel Coordination**:

- Book domestic and international flights, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation for Dr. Rekha.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements align with Dr. Rekha’s preferences and requirements.

**Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule, coordinate, and prepare agendas for meetings, ensuring Dr. Rekha is fully prepared for all engagements.
- Attend meetings when necessary, taking minutes and following up on action items.

**Communication Management**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Assist in managing Dr. Rekha's professional social media pages (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Coordinate content posting, track engagement, and collaborate with the marketing team if required.
- Ensure consistent branding, timely updates, and audience interaction aligned with Dr. Rekha’s professional image.

**Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- Handle personal tasks for Dr. Rekha, as required, ensuring a balanced work-life environment.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, document organization, and data entry.
- Assist with event planning, including conferences, seminars, and other special events.

**Confidentiality & Discretion**:

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or related fields.
- **Fresher or someone with proven experience (2+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role, ideally supporting senior leadership.**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, **especially in English language.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.**:

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience supporting senior leadership in the wellness or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms and tools.
- **Excellent communication skills.**:

- **Proficiency in English language.**:

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and grace.
