**About the team**

The Command Center team is a 24/7 team operating from Pune and Bangalore. The team consists of Mainframe Command Center, Open Systems Command Center, and Batch Scheduling. It is a Level 1 monitoring team that looks after all data centers worldwide. The team monitors alerts, job errors, raises tickets, takes initial steps to fix issues, and escalates problems to Level 2 teams. With the recent merger with Worldpay, this team will also play a crucial role in integrating our combined organization's activities.

**What you will be doing**
- Resolve issues by making critical decisions that may affect multiple clients' processes.
- Proactively investigate known and unknown errors and follow prescribed procedures to correct them.
- Manage hardware and software within a 24/7 processing environment.
- Maintain optimal performance for all systems.
- Follow new/improved work procedures, test and implement program/system changes, respond to processing problems, and make adjustments to ensure smooth client operations.
- Identify abnormal processing conditions and take appropriate actions.
- Escalate errors according to procedures to resolve them promptly.

**What you bring**:

- Working knowledge of at least three scheduling tools from the following: CA7, Zeke, ZWS/TWS/OPC, Control-M, ESP.
- Experience in handling IPL and DR activities.
- Proficiency in handling CICS, IMS, MQ, DB2-related alerts.
- Expertise in working with Netview, Omegaview, BMC Mainview, and other monitoring tools.
