To deliver reporting internal to Finance Operations as well as for Business Partners
Work with appropriate financial and operational teams to provide value added financial analysis revenues cost of sales balance sheet etc to management including the Board of Directors where appropriate
Participate in and manage Projects wherever appropriate
Adopt a proactive approach for issue resolution and to prevent problems from arising in the future
Responsible to recruit coach, develop and do performance management of the team towards a high performance team
Responsible for succession plans for the team

Month end half year and year end period closures
Balance sheet reconciliations.
Responsible for a strong control environment ensuring compliance to all relevant Group policies
Provide support in statutory and internal audit and resolution of key audit observations

Drive change management in an Agile manner for the team
Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders
Ensure local finance and tax compliance obligations for all legal entities are met with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.

Experience in a Shared Services environment is an advantage
