**Designation: Project Co-ordinator.**

**Department**: Engineering.

**Direct Reporting to**: Project Lead.

**Alternative Reporting to**: Director of the Company Operational Manager.

**Educational Qualification & Experience**: B.E with 2-3 years relevant experience or Diploma with 3-5 Years relevant experience or ITI with 5-7 years relevant experience. Good knowledge in AutoCAD software & Retail Project execution work.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, required.
- Compare between BOQ qty and drawing qty and communicate with client on variation qty.
- Co-ordinate with vendor team for deployment in project work.
- Preparation of material as per drawing and project schedule. And, responsible for material delivery on time to the project site.
- Co-ordinate with project site execution team for project progress.
- Must be able to function well in a high-intensity, constant changing environment.
- Construction and service Management knowledge a plus.
- Work safely following all company policies.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Effectively oversee all install department operations and procedures.
- Oversee installation job scheduling, equipment staging, and task workflow while maintaining job quality standards.
- Implement and oversee all department performance tracking measures.
- Provide ongoing logístical support to installation teams in the field.
- Effectively and positively communicate with all customers and office staff.
- Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork.
- Any other assigned duties as directed by management.

**Salary**: ₹275,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
