Monitor all stationary requirements for office/warehouse & necessary indent to Branch/Local Vendors.
Ensure all Legal License local / central are available, displayed & valid
Develops budget recommendations for operating expenditures and/or capital outlay, personal services,
equipment and materials, and maintains revenue as high as possible
Executes plans, policies, and programs in business and financial affairs, property and equipment, supplies,
and safety programs, and prison industries.

Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work
techniques.
Supervises the revision of rules, regulations, and procedures to meet changes in law and policy.
May occasionally perform any task assigned to subordinate staff, consistent with any licensing or certification
requirements.
