**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-road service support to logistics vehicles to minimize downtime and ensure timely deliveries.
- Respond promptly and professionally to vehicle breakdowns and roadside incidents.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to facilitate quick diagnosis and resolution of mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service activities, including breakdown details, repairs, and resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to provide status updates and manage expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all roadside operations.
- Assist in developing and improving roadside support processes to enhance service efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in roadside assistance, vehicle maintenance support, or logistics operations preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate service documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹210,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
