
Inside Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase the benefits of our hardware products.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Follow-Up**: Perform follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the hardware industry.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
**Personal Traits**:
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
