Inside Sales Executive

The Esthetic Clinics is an organization that manages a chain of owned and franchised clinics across PAN India and have world-class centers in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Chennai dedicated to Hair treatment and transplant, plastic surgery, and skin care, and cosmetic solutions. The clinics practice evidence-based medicine and offer a wide range of services from cosmetic surgery to therapy for skin diseases.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insidea Inside Sales Executive at The Esthetic Clinics Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Proven experience in business development, Inside sales, or related field
- Should have at least one year of calling experience
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a must
- Should be comfortable dialing at least 120 calls with 3 hrs of talk time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare or cosmetic surgery industry is a plus
- Graduates or undergraduates can apply
- Shift timing: 10 AM - 7 PM (Rotational week off)
- CTC up to 35K / Month
- Exposure to this Healthcare and Cosmetics industry is a plus
