**Roles & Responsibilities:1. Sample Collection & Delivery**:

- Collect blood, urine, saliva, and other biological samples from patients' locations.
- Ensure samples are properly labeled and stored in accordance with lab protocols.
- Safely transport samples to the laboratory within the required timeframe.
- Maintain cold chain integrity for temperature-sensitive samples.

**2. Patient Interaction & Support**:

- Verify patient details and test requisition forms before collecting samples.
- Explain the sample collection process and provide assistance if required.
- Handle patient queries politely and maintain a professional approach.

**3. Doctor & Clinic Coordination**:

- Pick up samples from partnered clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
- Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment of received samples.
- Build good relationships with healthcare professionals for smooth operations.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate logs of collected samples and delivery times.
- Submit daily reports on completed collections and pending pickups.
- Report any delays, discrepancies, or issues with samples to the lab team.

**5. Compliance & Safety**:

- Follow all hygiene, biohazard, and infection control protocols.
- Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, masks, etc.) during sample handling.
- Ensure the safe disposal of used medical kits and biohazard materials.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Preferred: Any diploma or healthcare-related certification)
**Experience**: 0-2 years in field operations, delivery, or lab sample collection (Freshers can apply)
**Skills & Other Requirements**:

- **Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory)**:

- Knowledge of **local routes and navigation apps**:

- Good communication and basic patient-handling skills
- Ability to maintain records and follow lab protocols

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
