Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Urban Tutor to join our team. As an Urban Tutor, you will provide academic support and guidance to students enrolled in the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) Board curriculum. This is a part-time position, and you will be responsible for conducting tutoring sessions in an urban setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students enrolled in NIOS Board programs.
- Assess students' academic needs and develop personalized learning plans to address their specific areas of improvement.
- Assist students with homework assignments, projects, and exam preparation.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
- Identify learning difficulties or challenges faced by students and implement appropriate strategies to overcome them.
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students' confidence and self-esteem.
- Collaborate with parents/guardians, teachers, and school administrators to ensure effective communication and coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring students, preferably in an urban setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
- Adherence to ethical and professional standards in education.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 11 months
Part-time hours: 4 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
