As a calling staff, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone to qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, understand their needs, and secure appointments with decision-makers to further the sales process.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
- Ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations and build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple appointments effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude in dealing with rejection and overcoming objections.
- **Skills to take appointment on hot and cold leads.**
Additional skills:
- Experience in B2B sales or familiarity with the software industry is a plus.
- Training or certification in sales techniques, communication skills, or telemarketing strategies.
Overall, the calling staff plays a crucial role in driving the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and securing appointments with potential clients, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company.
