Work along with the Customer Care team in the new patient registration process

Responsible for checking and recording the Vitals for patient

Coordinate with duty doctors to analyse and record the new patient’s medical history

Coordinate with the chief doctor to conduct scan for the required patients

Council the new patients and brief them about the next procedures and investigations based

on the patient’s proposed treatment

Coordinate with the lab technician to perform the blood test as per the prescribed

requirements

Explain the procedure and council the respective patients’ due for any procedure as

prescribed by the chief doctor

Coordinate with the On-call doctor’s on their availability to consult with the respective

patients

Responsible for stock maintenance and initiate the purchase of the required clinical and

stationary items

Track and maintain the follicular report, anti natal report and investigation report

Responsible for injecting the IVF patients as per the prescription

Planning OT activities as per the surgical schedule

Ensure that the Operating Room is prepared with all necessary supplies, implants,

instrumentation, and equipment.

Delegate responsibilities to the scrub suit & assisting nurse team for smooth execution of the surgical schedule

Ensures that the consent from is signed by the patient and the attender

Assess, record and report patient’s condition before surgery

Ensures that the assisting nurse has examined all the equipment's required during

procedure

Track, review and manage OT instruments and other inventories and update the same in

the system periodically

Communicate with patients, teammates, and physicians to ensure continuity of care

Coordinate procedure process in terms of time, theatre, surgeons, doctors and patients.

Provide instructions to the patient about the procedure

Keep the operating room sterilized

Position the patient on operating table

Pass medical instruments to the surgeons during operation

Monitor patient’s vital signs

Evaluate and record patient’s condition post-surgery in a timely manner

Prepare and maintain ART discharge summary.

Follow-up with patients and update their health condition after the procedure

Assess and obtain the requirements pertaining to equipment and other supplies for the

hospital

Track, review and manage the clinical inventory requirements for the hospital

Ensure Bio-medical waste is managed for the entire hospital as per NABH standards

Ensure high satisfaction rate from the patients is obtained by providing qualitative
