Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the creative design process from concept to execution.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of design strategies that align with our brand identity and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and impactful design solutions.
- Provide direction and guidance to designers and other creative team members to ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our design work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Art Director or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
- Expertise in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in a creative agency or design studio is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
