**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Supervision and Staff Management**_
- Oversee the work of laundry attendants and other staff members.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure efficiency and high-quality work.
- Schedule shifts and manage attendance for all staff members.
- Conduct regular training on equipment operation, safety protocols, and customer service.
- **Operations Management**_
- Ensure laundry machines and equipment are in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or replacements.
- Ensure adherence to laundry production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- **Quality Control**_
- Monitor cleanliness, fabric care, and overall quality of processed items.
- Inspect laundry to ensure that it meets company standards before being returned to clients.
- Address customer complaints or concerns regarding quality and service promptly.
- **Inventory Management**_
- Oversee inventory levels of laundry chemicals, detergents, and supplies.
- Order new supplies as needed and track usage to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**_
- Enforce safety measures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure the facility follows local, state, and federal regulations regarding laundry services, including proper waste disposal and chemical handling.
- **Customer Service**_
- Address any client inquiries or complaints with professionalism.
- Ensure timely completion of orders and deliveries, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- **Administrative Tasks**_
- Maintain accurate records of laundry operations, staffing, and inventory.
- Prepare reports on daily, weekly, and monthly operations for senior management.
- **Maintenance and Facility Management**_
- Ensure the laundry facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Supervise the maintenance of laundry machines, facility infrastructure, and utility systems.
- **Required Skills & Qualifications**_
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a laundry facility or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and solve problems effectively.
- Good understanding of laundry equipment, cleaning techniques, and chemicals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in a workplace.
- **Physical Demands**_
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Lifting, bending, and handling heavy laundry items or equipment may be required.
- **Working Hours**_
- Typically full-time with possible evenings, weekends, or holiday shifts, depending on the facility's operational hours.

This role requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment. The Laundry Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the facility operates smoothly and meets the expectations of clients and management.
