**Requirements**:

- BA/LLB/LLM or equivalents also ideally have a professional legal qualification, legal practice course. All qualifications should have been completed to a high standard.
- Advanced critical & legal reasoning skill.
- Excellent Communication skills and Presentable.
- Problem solving and decision making.
- Excellent legal English skill.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to project manages to a high standard.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting, vetting, checking and revising of sales agreements, Developments or any other agreements.
- Legal searching of land investing the history and legality behind the land.
- Preparing legal documents for mutation of land.
- Review and provide legal advice on company documents.
- Provide legal protection and risk management, advice to management accordingly.
- Coordinate & managing project approvals and advance processing Facilities with financial Institution/ Bank.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
