Key Responsibilities of a Registered Staff Nurse:

- **Patient Education**: Providing health education and counseling to patients and their families.
- **Vital Sign Monitoring**: Regularly monitoring and recording vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, pulse).
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
- **Collaborative Care**: Working with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- **Assist with Procedures**: Assisting with medical procedures and tests.
- **Emotional Support**: Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
